Eugene Huang

Eugene Huang is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing human resource management systems and providing technical support across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Group Information Technology at PSA International Pte Ltd since September 2022, responsibilities include overseeing HRMS projects and stakeholder communication. Previously, Eugene held the position of Senior Associate for HR Systems at Shopee, where oversight of the global roll-out of an in-house People System and stakeholder management were key achievements. Prior roles include Assistant Manager at Singapore General Hospital, contributing to major SAP HRIS projects, and various technical positions in organizations such as Hyflux Ltd and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Eugene holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Diploma in Information Technology from Singapore Polytechnic.
