Hongmeng Tan

Hongmeng Tan serves as the Assistant Vice President and General Manager at PSA International Pte Ltd since August 2018, leading the development of Global Portnet port community products and enhancing stakeholder engagement worldwide. Previously, Hongmeng held multiple leadership roles at PSA Singapore from January 1999 to July 2018, directing ICT projects and maintaining the Portnet platform, which supports Singapore's port community logistics. Notable achievements include overseeing large-scale system developments to optimize terminal operations and promoting digital solutions for global ports. Earlier experiences include serving as IT Manager at Dalian BHR Consultancy Services and developing innovative IT solutions at the National University of Singapore and NTUC Income. Hongmeng holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore.
