Husain Bhavnagarwala

Husain Bhavnagarwala is a Senior Manager in Ports IT at PSA International Pte Ltd since February 2022, with extensive experience in database management and IT operations. Previously at Accenture from April 2016 to March 2022, Husain served as an IT Operations Assistant Manager and was the primary DB2 LUW DBA responsible for the design, implementation, and performance tuning of critical databases. Husain has also worked as a DB2 LUW Administrator at MSI Global Pte Ltd, managing databases for Automated Fares Collection Systems, and served as a Mainframe DB2 Administrator at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where enhancements were made to the DBA Toolbox. Early career experience includes a contract position as a teacher with the Ministry of Education, Singapore, and an internship in marketing at PT Bayan Resources Tbk. Husain holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
