MacIej Arciuch

Maciej Arciuch has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Maciej currently holds the position of Head of Service Delivery - Europe, Mediterranean and Americas at PSA International Pte Ltd since January 2023. Prior to this, from February 2021 to January 2023, they worked as the Director and Head of Information Technology - Poland, Czech, and Slovakia at The Adecco Group.

Before that, from January 2018 to January 2021, Maciej was the Head of Improvement - IT Portfolio at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where they identified and assessed opportunities to improve cost, outcomes, and operational effectiveness of services. Maciej engaged with senior leaders to attract funding for service improvements and was accountable for value realization of IT investments.

Between 2013 and 2017, Maciej worked at Maersk Oil, holding multiple roles. Maciej served as the Programme Manager for the separation of Maersk Oil from Maersk Group and established the IT foundation for corporate functions to operate independently. Maciej also held the position of Head of Global Infrastructure Services, leading teams delivering global IT services and managing relationships with customers and vendors.

Prior to Maersk Oil, Maciej worked at Subsea 7 as a Service Delivery Technical Manager from September 2009 to January 2012. Maciej also worked at SAIC as a System Engineer and Service Improvement Role from September 2006 to September 2009.

Maciej Arciuch's education history includes obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from Bialystok University of Technology. Additionally, they have pursued certifications in Project Management through the University of Aberdeen and has completed courses in ITIL Foundation, Practitioner, OSA, PPO, RCV, and SOA.
