Tan Chong Meng

Group CEO at PSA International

Tan Chong Meng is currently the Group CEO at PSA International. Prior to this, they were the Assistant Vice President for Port Community Systems at PSA Singapore, where they directed ICT project development and maintenance for Portnet, Singapore's nation-wide business-to-business (B2B) port community logistics solution. Tan was also the ICT account manager for City Terminals (ST 1), providing consultations for ICT project feasibility, reviewing ICT budgets, driving initiatives such as automation of manual processes with robotic process automation (RPA) using UIPath, and collaborating and arranging industry visits (SATS, YCH Supply Chain City) to enhance IT quotient.

Before joining PSA Singapore, Tan Chong Meng was the IT Manager at Dalian BHR Consultancy Services in China, where they led 5 local IT departments of 85 staff to deliver critical systems development (CITOS Planning Systems, COSCO JV initiated changes) and setup long-term infrastructure, quality and collaboration processes to enable effective offshore development and management.

Tan Chong Meng has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems from the National University of Singapore. Tan also has an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the National University of Singapore. In addition, they have a certification from the IMD Business School in Leading Digital Business Transformation and a certification from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional (PMP).
