Frederic Michel-Verdier

Frederic MICHEL-VERDIER is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in infrastructure and investment management. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of Fair Market Value Capital Partners since January 2020, Frederic leads a platform focused on sustainable equity investments in core infrastructure assets. Frederic is also a member of the Board of Directors for PSA Italy, where a minority stake acquisition in key terminals was recently completed. Prior roles include Board Observer at Aqualia, a member of the Board of Directors for Mersin International Port and ALIS, and various supervisory board positions with Veolia Energia companies. Additionally, Frederic held the position of Executive Director - Europe at IFM Investors and served on the boards of Pizza Pino and Wales & West Utilities, highlighting a diverse career in both operational leadership and strategic oversight across multiple sectors.
