Javier Garcia

Javier Garcia possesses extensive experience in vessel and operations management within the maritime industry. Currently serving as the Head of Vessel Operations at PSA Penn Terminals LLC since December 2024, Javier previously held the position of Operations Manager at Crowley from February 2018 to December 2024. Prior roles include Operations Superintendent at SSA Marine and various leadership positions in operations and safety at International Shipping Agency from February 2006 to June 2016. Javier's career began in the US Army, where responsibilities included serving as an Intelligence Analyst and Military Police from January 1995 to August 2007.
