Ben Shour

Ben Shour has a diverse and extensive work experience in the security industry. Ben started their career in 2004 as a Firefighter/EMT at Ankeny Fire Dept and later worked as a Public Safety Manager at UnityPoint Health from 2005 to 2015. In 2012, Ben became the President of EPIC, LLC. Ben then joined Inteconnex as the Director of Operations in 2015, where they were responsible for executive security consulting and managing security integration projects. Ben worked at Continental Access as the Mid West Regional Sales Manager from 2016 to 2019. Ben also held various roles at Salient Systems, including Area Sales Manager and Regional Manager, from 2019 to 2022. Most recently, Ben joined Sapphire Risk Advisory Group as a Senior Security Consultant and is currently serving as the Director of Sales Eastern U.S. at PSA Security Network, starting in October 2022.

Ben Shour attended Mercy College of Health Sciences from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Paramedic Specalist. Their field of study was emergency medicine. Before that, from 1998 to 1999, they attended Columbus State Community College, focusing on business and marketing.
