Nikita Khairatkar

Nikita Khairatkar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They began working as an Engineering Intern at S.S.CONTROLS in 2013, where they gained expertise in programming industrial control systems software. They then interned as a Business Process Architect at the Idaho National Laboratory in 2018, where they focused on streamlining and translating management systems. In 2019, Nikita joined CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union as a Financial Analyst, forecasting budgets, assisting in financial statement preparation, and implementing financial reports. They continued their financial analyst role at AMP Robotics in 2021, where they built employee expense reports, developed commodity pricing models, and analyzed variances. Most recently, in 2022, Nikita joined PSA Security Network as a Financial Analyst.

Nikita Khairatkar pursued a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they completed between the years 2010 and 2014. Following this, they enrolled at Idaho State University from 2016 to 2019 to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a field of study in Finance.
