Denise Isabel Guiao

Denise Isabel Guiao currently serves as the Acting Corporate Secretary and Corporate Attorney A at Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation, along with leading the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat since December 2022. Prior to this role, Denise was a Senior Associate and Associate at Kapunan & Castillo Law Offices from February 2018 to October 2022, and completed a summer legal internship at Puno and Puno Law Offices in May 2015. Denise holds a Juris Doctor degree from De La Salle University, obtained in 2017, and has a strong educational foundation from Ateneo de Manila University and Saint Pedro Poveda College.
