We are a non-for-profit organisation which main objective is:
• The unification of all professional footballers, men and women, Greek and non-Greek, for the common treatment of their professional and other problems in general and the problems of Greek football and Greek sports in general.
• The development of sportsmanship, polite competition, collegial solidarity and mutual assistance among its members.
• The promotion, protection and securing of the professional interests of Greek and non-football players.
• The recognition of the employment of football players as a special branch of professionals and their corresponding treatment by the State through the inclusion of their profession in heavy and unhealthy professions.
• The insurance of football players, Greek and non-Greek, through the establishment of a relevant body, which will cover the provision of medical care for themselves and their family members, the provision of a pension when they retire from competitive activity, either due to of age or due to a serious accident, the provision of "one-off" assistance or emergency special assistance for those who suffer unjustly due to luck or accident.
• The creation of a department of legal protection and free provision of legal assistance - representation to its members.
• The free provision of services to its members in matters concerning the negotiation – mediation in the conclusion, modification or in any other matter concerning their professional contracts.
• The preparation through education and training of its members with the aim of their smooth transition and adaptation to their professional activity after the end of their football career.
• The drafting and implementation of collective bargaining agreements and any kind of agreement concerning the labor, professional, insurance, social and any other kind of rights of its members.
