James Barber

James Barber has a strong background in project management and policy analysis, currently serving as a Project Manager at PSB Insights since June 2021, where previous roles included Senior Analyst and Analyst. Prior experience includes a Global Policy Internship at the U.S. Green Building Council in 2019 and a position as Global Affairs and Sustainability Analyst at the U.S. Green Chamber of Commerce from April 2018 to May 2019. James Barber holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs with a minor in German from the University of Virginia (2017-2019) and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Virginia Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy (2018-2020).
