Jenna Badilla has a diverse work experience spanning over the past decade. Jenna worked as a Senior Director of Qualitative Research at PSB since December 2019. Prior to that, they were a Consumer Researcher & Insights Strategist at Nordstrom from July 2018 to December 2019. Jenna also had a long tenure at PSB from 2012 to 2017, starting as a Market Research Intern and working their way up to roles such as Project Manager, Senior Analyst, and Analyst in Market Research.
