Initially, Nicholas worked as a Process Engineer at CSL Behring, providing operational support and troubleshooting utilities and production systems. Nicholas's career began as a Research Assistant at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research, conducting studies on biomaterials related to 3D bioprinting. Academic credentials include a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Western Australia, along with additional studies at McMaster University.
