Melanie Strickland has over a decade of experience in the manufacturing and retail sectors, currently serving as Corporate Costing Manager at PSC Industries, Inc. since January 2014. In this role, Melanie manages competitive bid workflows, guides teams to ensure timely and precise quotes, and collaborates with various departments to enhance efficiency and communication. Prior experience includes roles as a Costing Engineer, where Melanie developed standardized quoting processes and trained new engineers, and as a Continuous Improvement Engineer, achieving significant cost savings through process optimization.
