Cassie Katz

Cassie Katz is the Director of Marketing for the Professional Services Council where she is responsible for planning and leading all marketing projects across the organization.

Prior to PSC, she was the Washington, DC business development manager for two global public relations agencies. Prior to that, she oversaw the marketing and business development for a boutique multimedia communications agency. She’s worked with a variety of clients including Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits and associations. Cassie started her career as a crime and political reporter at The Diamondback, where her writing was featured in outlets including CBS News Online and The Capital Gazette. Most recently, her writing has appeared in ASAE Resources.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland and a Certificate in Political Journalism from Georgetown University. She lives in Maryland and is a proud wife and mom of two girls.
