Masha Martinkov

Managing Partner, Americas at PSC

Masha Martinkov is the managing partner for Americas at PSC. Masha has over two decades of experience in global operations and financial management. Prior to joining PSC, they were the Sr. Vice President of Global Operations at CARANA Corporation. In this role, they were responsible for evaluating and streamlining global operational processes, as well as overseeing the Corporate Services group. Masha also developed corporate pricing methodologies and was responsible for corporate budgets and external audits coordination.

Ms. Martinkov has a wealth of experience in providing operations, financial management and compliance guidance. Masha has worked closely with senior leaders as part of an executive management team and has led a number of corporate departments, including accounting, information and communications technology, human resources, contracts/compliance, risk management and budgeting and finance.

Masha has a proven track record in streamlining processes and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability. Under their leadership, CARANA Corporation became a leading global provider of engineering, construction and technical services. Ms. Martinkov’s experience in managing complex projects makes their an invaluable asset to PSC.

Masha Martinkov graduated with an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from The George Washington University School of Business.
