Joscha Roosen-Runge

Joscha Roosen-Runge is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Leiter Produkte und Prozesse Kundengeschäft at PSD Bank Berlin-Brandenburg eG since July 2019. In this role, Joscha leads teams responsible for the processes and products related to the digitalization and automation of customer business, along with overseeing the PMO of the organization. Prior to this position, Joscha held various titles at Postbank Deutschland from July 2008 to June 2019, culminating in leadership roles in credit business and customer management. Joscha's career began with an apprenticeship at BHW Bausparkasse AG. Joscha is currently pursuing an Executive Master in Digital Innovation & Entrepreneurial Leadership at ESCP Business School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Management from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
