Ryan Medeiros is currently working as a Business Analyst at PSD Research Consulting Software, where Ryan collaborates with business and IT teams to develop software for municipal tasks. Previously, Ryan gained experience in IT support at Western University, where Ryan assisted students and faculty with software issues, as well as in a biology lab assistant role. Additionally, Ryan served as an Associate Systems Analyst at London Life during their internship. Ryan started their career as a crew member at McDonald's Canada, where Ryan learned about teamwork and customer service. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from Western University.
