Lisa Rodside

Lisa Rodside has a strong background in special education and student services. Lisa is currently serving as the Director of Special Education for the Puyallup School District since July 2020. Prior to that, they held the same position at the Peninsula School District from July 2019 to July 2020, and before that, they served as the Assistant Director of Student Services for the same district from August 2012 to July 2019. Lisa also has experience as a Student Services Manager at the Puget Sound Educational Service District from September 2009 to August 2012. Lisa began their career in education as a Secondary Education Specialist at the Bethel School District from September 2005 to August 2009 and previously worked as a Special Education Teacher for the same district from August 1997 to July 2005. Before their career in education, Lisa worked as a Clerk at Boeing from 1988 to 1992.

Lisa Rodside completed their B.A. in Special Education at Western Washington University from 1993 to 1997. Lisa then pursued a Masters degree in Educational Leadership at City University of Seattle from 2004 to 2008.
