Alanah Inniss

Alanah Inniss currently serves as an Information Security Operations Engineer 1 at PSECU, starting in November 2023. Prior experience includes a position as SOC Intern - Team Manager at Messiah University, where leadership of a team of 14 interns resulted in improved risk assessment and management of security events for over 3,000 users. Additionally, Alanah held the role of Cyber Security Assistant in the Information Technology Department, developing over 30 log-based dashboards which increased detection accuracy by 40%. Early experience includes positions as a Ticket Worker and Dining Service Worker at Messiah University, demonstrating strong customer service skills. Prior to these roles, Alanah worked as an Administrative Assistant at Zamar Group Of Companies Ltd., coordinating large-scale events and managing schedules for a significant number of staff. Alanah holds a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security from Messiah University.
