Alina Yuldasheva

Alina Yuldasheva is an experienced engineer currently working at PSEG Long Island LLC since August 2021. Previous positions include Restaurant Manager on the Upper East Side from 2017 to 2021 and Research Assistant at the New York Institute of Technology, focusing on microgrids and energy systems between 2018 and 2019. Alina also served as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Chelyabenegrosbit, where engineering evaluations and energy audits contributed to a significant reduction in distribution losses. Additional experience includes an Electrical Engineering internship at MMK, assisting in the design of power distribution systems, and a Substation Engineer Internship at Magnitogorsk City Substations Department. Educated at Columbia Business School with a Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering and holding a PhD and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Magnitogorsk State Technical University, Alina brings a solid academic background to the field.
