Jodi Varon

Jodi Varon has extensive experience in the field of employment law. Jodi started their career as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in 2003 and worked there until 2007. Jodi then joined Duane Morris LLP, where they served as an Employment and Labor Attorney, eventually becoming a Partner. At Duane Morris LLP, Jodi provided legal counsel on various workplace laws and regulations and drafted employment contracts and severance agreements. In 2014, they joined Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as a Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel, specializing in Employment and Litigation. After three years, they moved to PSEG and held various roles, including Assistant General Labor and Employment Counsel and Associate Counsel Labor and Employment. Currently, Jodi is working as the Director of HR at PSEG Long Island LLC, starting in 2022.

Jodi Varon completed their education in a chronologically progressive manner. From 1994 to 1998, they attended Rutgers University for their undergraduate studies. Following this, they enrolled at the Cardozo School of Law from 2000 to 2003. The specific degrees and fields of study from both institutions are unknown.
