Justine Mae Paloma

Justine Mae Paloma is a seasoned training professional with extensive experience in recruitment and training roles. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter Trainer at PSG Global Solutions since July 2022, Justine facilitates training for senior recruiters, assesses performance, prepares reports, and coordinates with stakeholders and various departments. Prior to this, Justine worked as a Training Specialist at Magellan Solutions Outsourcing Inc. from January 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included facilitating training, creating materials, analyzing data for performance improvements, and directly coordinating with clients. Justine's career in training began as an Assistant Training Manager at Cloud English Training and Teaching from April 2015 to January 2020, managing day-to-day operations and supervising a team of trainers. Justine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication degree from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, earned in March 2015.
