Pedro Gouveia

Pedro Gouveia's work experience begins in 2005 as a Financial/Junior Accountant at Agência BUS, where they provided financial management support and organized accounting elements. Pedro then moved on to Gomira Events e Comunicação, where they worked as a Financial Manager, managing finances and human resources, as well as handling project budgeting and financial management. From 2009 to 2012, Pedro worked as a Finance Manager/Strategic at Grupo PersonalBody Wellness Care, overseeing the development and coordination of the group's financial plan and preparing financial reports.

In 2012, Pedro joined OralMED Clínicas Dentárias as a Clinical Unit Manager, responsible for business unit management, financial and accounting management, and preparing and controlling the annual budget. Pedro then worked at Escola de Ensino Profissional as a Teacher and Finance Manager, where they handled the annual budget, implemented the strategic plan, and managed the financial and administrative team.

Pedro's next role was at Shiadu Boutique Hotels & Guesthouses, where they initially served as an Executive Board Member and later became the Finance Manager. Their responsibilities included developing and monitoring the group's strategic plan, implementing data analytics for financial and commercial forecasts, and overseeing the annual budget.

From 2017 to 2021, Pedro worked at Ridan Hotels as a CFO, where they were involved in defining, developing, implementing, and monitoring the group's strategic plan. Pedro also handled financial restructuring and played a role in ERP system development and implementation.

Currently, Pedro holds the position of CFO at PSG Segurança Privada S.A., which they began in 2023.

Pedro Gouveia's education history includes the following:

- From 2020 to 2022, Pedro attended INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

- In 2022, Pedro also attended London Business School and participated in a Boards Masterclass program.

- In 2005 and 2006, Pedro studied at the University of Lisbon and obtained a postgraduate degree in Management & Business Consulting. Their field of study was focused on consulting and management.

- From 2000 to 2005, Pedro attended Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa and earned a degree in Business Administration. Their field of study was Business Administration.
