Karl Buscher

Karl Buscher has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles within the water and wastewater industry. Karl started their career at ITT Residential & Commercial Water, where they served as the VP of Global Marketing and Product Management, responsible for driving growth strategies and leading new product development. Karl later moved on to ITT Corporation, where they held positions as VP of Sales and Marketing - Americas and VP of Sales and Customer Service - Americas for the Residential & Commercial Water division. In 2011, they became the Managing Director of ITT Water & Wastewater USA, overseeing a $300M+ business. Buscher then joined Pump Solutions Group (PSG®) as the SVP of Commercial, responsible for global commercial strategies and operations. Karl eventually became the President of PSG® and later the President of the Americas division. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on driving business growth.

Karl Buscher obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1987. Later on, they pursued their MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and completed it in 2001.
