Werner Vorster has accumulated extensive experience in the manufacturing and sales sectors, beginning as a Papermaker at Sappi from January 1997 to April 2006. Following this role, Werner served as a Product Manager at Quadrant until June 2008, and then as a Sales Engineer at Voith GmbH from June 2008 to January 2017, focusing on product and service management, business development, and successful project execution. From February 2017 to October 2023, Werner was the Country Manager ANZ at Voith Turbo in Australia, leading customer-facing activities and developing growth strategies in the Australian and New Zealand markets. Currently, since October 2023, Werner holds the position of Product Sales Manager for Wilden at PSG, a Dover company, overseeing diverse markets ranging from industrial applications to pharmaceuticals. Werner received a National Certificate in Pulp and Paper Technology and completed a Sales Management course at the University of Cape Town.
