Han Park

Han Park is currently serving as Associate General Counsel at PSG, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they worked as a Corporate Associate at Kirkland & Ellis from 2018 to 2022, where they represented and advised private equity clients on complex corporate and transactional matters. Han began their legal career as a Summer Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP in 2017. They hold two Doctor of Law degrees from Cornell Law School and Harvard Law School, as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from the University of Michigan.
