Chris Nicol is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in developing collaborative solutions for educational devices. Currently employed at SMART Technologies since July 2010, Chris has played a key role in developing hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and flat panels. Previous positions include Firmware Engineer at SMART Technologies, Electronics Contractor at Science Alberta Foundation, Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary, and Electronics Engineer at Grindcom, where Chris contributed to the development of control systems for the forestry industry. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
