Susan Iles is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Susan started their career as a Communications Specialist in Graphics at Tennessee Valley Authority in 1987. From there, they worked as a Photography Assistant at Lowery Photography, where they created 3D computer graphic images and successfully marketed them to an international stock photography agency. Susan then joined BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee as a Designer and later became a Work Group Administrator, providing training and support for a 25-computer department. In 2001, they worked as an Art Director at ARS Interactive, focusing on creating promotional literature for Sears and magazine layouts for various products. Since 2004, they have been employed at PSI CHI - The International Honor Society in Psychology, first as the Director of Publishing and later as the Director of Communications. In these roles, they have been responsible for coordinating communications, managing advertising, handling publication production, and implementing project management schedules for the society's publications and convention materials.
