Project and Operations Management

The Project and Operations Management team at PSI Metals is responsible for overseeing and optimizing production and logistics processes in the metals industry. This includes integrating Supply Chain Management (SCM), Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to ensure efficient project execution, operational research, and regional management, particularly in Latin America.
