Vicki Norris is an experienced professional with over 35 years of government service, culminating in a significant tenure at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) where Vicki served as Division Head for Program Analysis and Support. Following a role as Financial Manager at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Vicki transitioned to the private sector in March 2021, currently holding the position of Project Manager in the Program Management Office at PSI Pax, Inc.
