Monty Ragland

Monty Ragland has over 25 years of experience in the IT Staff Augmentation and Solutions industry. Monty began their career in 1995 as a Human Resource Recruiter (Consultant) for Dannon Yogurt. In 1996, they became the Recruiting Director for Corporate Staffing Resources, Inc., where they were the recipient of the Barracuda Award in 1998. In 2000, they joined Modis as Vice President, responsible for the company's central Ohio financial performance, sales, recruiting, service delivery, budgeting, marketing, business strategy and planning. In 2015, they became the President & CEO of PSI (Proteam Solutions Inc), an IT Staff Augmentation and Solutions firm providing talent management solutions to both the Private and Public Sector.

Monty Ragland completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Finance from Howard University. Prior to that, they attended Linden McKinley High School in Columbus, Ohio, where they completed college prep courses.
