Stephanie Gohring, CPSAE

Stephanie Gohring, CPSAE has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Stephanie began their career in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative at Medco Health Solutions, where they were responsible for resolving broker, client, patient and account management PBM inquiries. In 2010, they joined Express Scripts as an Account Coordinator, where they managed client relationships by researching member and client issues, resolving setup issues, configuring benefit copays, and creating account structures based on client intent. Stephanie then moved up to Account Manager and then Senior Account Manager, leading and supporting AE, CAE, Clinical Ops, Client Services, CBA, SAMO, and other functional areas for project management, functionality reporting, regulatory compliance, procedure maintenance, and benefit setup accuracy. In 2021, they became a Realtor at Stephanie Gohring, e-merge Real Estate. Stephanie is currently an Account Manager at PSI (Proteam Solutions Inc).

Stephanie Gohring obtained their Associate of Science (A.S.) from Columbus State Community College from 2007 to 2011. Stephanie then went on to obtain their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Franklin University from 2011 to 2014. In 2022, Stephanie Gohring obtained their CPSAE I Certification from Tech Serve Alliance and also obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Developing Self-Awareness, Sales Strategies and Approaches in a New World of Selling, and Certified Professional Services Account Executive (CPSAE I).
