Tracy Stearns

Tracy Stearns has over 25 years of experience in the Talent Management Industry. Tracy began their career in 1994 as a Senior Director of National Account Management at Adecco. Tracy then moved to PSI (Proteam Solutions Inc) in 2008 as Vice President of Business Process Optimization. In 2021, they joined UpRys as Vice President of Workforce Solutions. In this role, they are responsible for creating change by empowering organizations through people, process, and technology expertise.
