Tim Shannon

Tim Shannon is a seasoned professional in the snowsports industry, currently serving as the Director of Skiing and Riding Services at The Hermitage Club at Haystack Mountain since September 2020. With a comprehensive background that includes roles such as Sr. Manager of Skiing Services & Youth Programs and Manager of Skiing Services and Systems, Tim has demonstrated expertise in developing programs, overseeing operations, and enhancing member satisfaction across various departments. Additionally, involvement with PSIA-AASI Eastern as a Snowboard Development Team member and Advanced Children's Educator highlights Tim's commitment to professional development and education in snowsports. Experience also includes guiding whitewater rafting at Zoar Outdoor and managing operations at Mount Snow, Crotched Mountain Ski and Ride, and JFBB Ski Areas Inc. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Leisure Services Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
