Amber Aldercotte

Amber Aldercotte is an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Aspen Skiing Company since November 2011, where responsibilities include developing hiring relationships, implementing ATS processes, and managing talent acquisition programs. With a robust background in the ski industry, Amber has held various roles such as Lead Trainer and Ski Instructor with PSIA AASI Rocky Mountain, and Alpine Examiner, in addition to earlier positions at Ski Club Portillo, NZSki, and Vail Resorts. Amber's educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Lake Tahoe Community College, an Online Course in Direct Marketing Graphic Design from the American Writers and Artists Institute, a Certificate of Higher Education in Graphic Design from the University of Hertfordshire, and a Certificate in Graphic Design & Digital Illustration from The Florence Institute of Design International.
