Prior to this, Robert Beckman served at PacBio for over eight years, delivering critical advancements in electrical, optical, and visual testing methodologies for DNA detection technologies. Robert Beckman’s career also includes significant contributions at Qualcomm, where responsibilities included the development of test instrumentation for MEMS pixel displays. Earlier experience includes roles at MiaSole and Intel Corporation, where expertise in yield analysis and process engineering was demonstrated, culminating in a divisional award for rapid chipset architecture ramp-up. Robert Beckman holds a PhD in Nanotechnology from Caltech, a PhD in Nanotechnology from UCLA, and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Washington.
