Samuel Blake

Samuel Blake is an experienced executive in product management and client solutions, currently serving as Senior Vice President for Hub Services and Client Solutions at ConnectiveRx since April 2019. Prior to this, Samuel held various leadership roles within ConnectiveRx, including Vice President positions in Launch Excellence, Technical Product Management, and Professional Services. Samuel's diverse background includes a tenure as Student in Residence at Illuminate Ventures, where efforts focused on enhancing the presence of the Bay Area VC firm within the Pittsburgh entrepreneurial ecosystem. Additional experience includes roles at Careform as a Product Specialist, EG Conley, PC as a Senior Business Performance Advisor, and multiple positions at EY and Crowe Horwath LLP in assurance services. Samuel holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kentucky.
