Barbara Yamamoto

Barbara Yamamoto is the Vice President of Business Development at PSM Squared Inc., a firm focused on enhancing guest experience during construction projects. Formerly serving as the Chief Experience Officer at LAX, Barbara led a transformative culture change that significantly improved satisfaction and earned international recognition. With over 33 years of experience in public service, including roles as Public Information Director at the Port of Los Angeles and Community Relations Director at LAX, Barbara has a robust background in employee engagement and communications. Additionally, Barbara was an adjunct professor at Loyola Marymount University, teaching public relations courses. They obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UCLA and a Master of Arts in Journalism/Public Relations from USC.
