Kaushik Narayan

Kaushik Narayan is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the commercial vehicle and construction equipment sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer of Leaptrucks since June 2019, Kaushik has driven significant growth, achieving over 100% year-on-year increases in sales units and revenue. Previously, as Managing Director of PSN Group, Kaushik led one of India's largest dealership franchises, overseeing 1,350 employees and consistently achieving a 25% growth rate despite economic challenges. Earlier roles include AVP of Production & Operations at Victoria's Secret, where Kaushik managed a substantial production budget and led significant process improvements, and a Manager at Capgemini, supporting technology and supply chain projects across various sectors. Kaushik holds an Executive MBA from Kellogg-HKUST and advanced degrees in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and Kumaraguru College of Technology, respectively.
