Mahboob Hedayat

Mahboob Hedayat has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Mahboob started their career as a Project Engineer at Technologists, Inc. in 2012, where they performed cost estimation and reviewed construction drawings. Mahboob then joined Afghan Tarin Engineering Services Co. (ATES) in 2013 as a Project Engineer, where they assisted in pre-construction activities and ensured contract compliance.

In 2015, they returned to Technologists, Inc. as a Field Engineer and later became a Project Engineer for a roadway project. In these roles, they performed field visits, reviewed project schedules, and processed RFIs and submittals.

In 2018, Mahboob joined Dragados USA, Inc. as a Cost Control Engineer for a regional wastewater treatment plant. Mahboob monitored invoices and purchase orders, analyzed costs and labor productivity reports, and identified opportunities for improvement.

Mahboob then became an Office Engineer at HDR in 2021, where they reviewed specifications, drawings, and codes for project compliance. Mahboob recently started working as a Project Engineer at Psomas in 2022.

Throughout their career, Mahboob has demonstrated strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Mahboob Hedayat completed their high school education from Abu Muslim Khurasani Khenjan High School between the years 2001 and 2007. Afterward, they attended Kabul University from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Civil Engineering.
