Psomas
Patricia Hernández has work experience in various roles and organizations. Patricia is currently working as a CE Designer at Psomas since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Camp Clinic Counselor at Loyola Marymount University starting in May 2016. From September 2018 to June 2021, they were a Design Engineer II at Willdan. Before that, they served as a Peer Health Educator at Student Health and Wellness from September 2017 to June 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Math & Chemistry Tutor from November 2011 to June 2014.
Patricia Hernández, EIT, ENV SP, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 2018. During their time at the university, they also pursued a minor in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations, which they successfully completed in the same year.
In terms of additional certifications, Patricia became an Engineer in Training in January 2021, as recognized by the BOARD FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS, LAND SURVEYORS, AND GEOLOGISTS. Additionally, they obtained the ENVISION SUSTAINABILITY PROFESSIONAL certification from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure in July 2021.
