Alexandre Chartrand, CEBS has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and compensation. Alexandre started their career in 2000 at SNC-Lavalin as a Coordinator of Benefits. In 2002, they worked as a Recruiter at Randstad before joining Imperial Tobacco Canada as a Coordinator of Human Resources from 2002 to 2007. Later, Alexandre joined Imperial Tobacco Canada again in 2008 as an Associate of Total Compensation until 2011. Alexandre then moved to PSP Investments, where they held various positions, including Senior Analyst of Total Compensation, Advisor of Total Compensation, Senior Manager of Compensation, Director of Compensation, and Senior Director of Compensation and Global Mobility. Alexandre Chartrand, CEBS holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa. Alexandre completed their undergraduate studies from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they pursued further education at Dalhousie University, where they obtained a CEBS degree.
