Andrea MacCaul

Andrea MacCaul has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and technology risk management. Andrea is currently working at PSP Investments as the Managing Director and Chief Information Security Officer since April 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Director, Information Security from October 2020. Andrea also worked as the Director, Business Information Security from April 2018 to October 2020, and as the Senior Manager, Business Information Security from April 2016 to March 2018. Before joining PSP Investments, Andrea worked at Desjardins where they served as Conseillère principale, Responsable de la Gestion des risques technologiques from November 2012 to March 2015. Andrea also worked as Conseillère en conformité réglementaire et gestion des risques T.I. from November 2011 to November 2012. Their early career includes a role as a Senior Advisor, IT Advisory at KPMG Advisory from October 2005 to November 2011. Andrea has extensive experience in IT advisory, information security, and risk management, with a focus on developing and implementing security strategies, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Andrea MacCaul attended Concordia University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Management Information Systems. Additionally, they obtained the CISA certification from ISACA in December 2008 and the CRISC certification from ISACA in September 2014.
