Joel Archambault, CFA has extensive work experience in various roles within the investment management industry. Joel began their career as an Intern at Atrion International in 2003 before transitioning to a Programmer Analyst role at Ericsson in 2004, and subsequently at IBM for a brief period in 2005. In 2005, Joel also served as the President of AGES for a year.
Joel then joined Posera in 2006 as a Programmer Analyst, where they conducted research and analysis in the software industry and provided solutions for web and desktop applications. After that, they worked as an IT Consultant at Natixis, where they analyzed and proposed improvements to the release and build process. Joel also introduced the role of Release Manager and defined corresponding workflows.
