Johana Tamayo

Johana Tamayo has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Finance Auditor at PwC, where they conducted audits and provided guidance to audit participants. In 2014, they joined Shafston International College as the Marketing Senior Admissions Officer, responsible for processing student applications and coordinating accommodations. In 2015, Johana worked as a Tax Assistant at H&R Block Australia, advising clients on tax matters and filing tax returns. Johana then moved on to SproutLoud Media Networks in 2016, where they served as a Media Finance Coordinator, overseeing media reconciliation and implementing financial procedures. Concurrently, they joined Grupo Nutresa S.A. as a Senior Auditor, performing audits and reporting on organizational risks. In 2020, Johana joined Sentinel Lubricants Incorporated as the Quality Assurance Coordinator, handling accounts receivable and accounts payable, and leading the implementation of quality standards. Currently, they are working as a Financial Analyst at PSP Investments.

Johana Tamayo has a diverse educational background in the fields of accounting, finance, and business. Johana obtained their most recent qualification, a Diploma of College Studies (DEC), in Accounting and Related Services from Collège LaSalle in Montréal, where they studied from 2019 to 2021.

Prior to that, Johana completed a major in Finances and Capital Markets at Universidad de Medellín from 2011 to 2012. Johana also holds an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Politécnico Colombiano 'Jaime Isaza Cadavid', which they earned from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their degrees, Johana has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Johana obtained a certification in Business from Shafston International College in January 2014. Johana also completed a specialist certification in Finances and Capital Markets from Universidad de Medellín in April 2013. Furthermore, Johana obtained a certification in IFRS International Financial Reporting Standards from Universidad de Antioquia in January 2010.
