Melanie Plouffe

Melanie Plouffe, PMP has extensive work experience in talent management and leadership roles. Melanie most recently worked at PSP Investments, where they held the positions of Senior Manager, Talent Management, Manager, Talent Management, and Senior Advisor, Talent Management from 2018 to the present. Prior to that, they worked at Rio Tinto as the Principal Advisor Talent - Americas in 2017. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at Bombardier in various roles, including Advisor, Leadership & Talent Management, and Analyst, Talent Management. Melanie also gained experience at L'Oreal S.A. as a Commercial Coordinator, at Tanabe Kumano Tourism Bureau as a Translator, at McKinsey & Company as a Recruiting Assistant/TA, and at Patrimoine Canada Heritage as Hosting Staff at the Canada Pavilion.

Melanie Plouffe, PMP, obtained a B.A. in East Asian Studies from McGill University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In 2006, they pursued a Certificate in Integrated Marketing Communications from Concordia University, which they completed in 2008. Additionally, in 2003 and 2004, Melanie obtained a Certificate in International Studies from Waseda University. Furthermore, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2017.
