Olivier Ouellet, FSA, FCIA has a diversified work experience in the field of actuarial science and benefits management. Olivier started their career at AXA Canada in 2009 as a Stagiaire - Analyste en actuariat. After that, they joined Willis Towers Watson in 2010 and worked as an Actuarial Analyst, Senior Actuarial Analyst, and Consultant in Health and Group Benefits until 2016. In 2016, they joined Investissements PSP as a Senior Manager, Benefits and Wellness, where they were responsible for leading the strategy, development, and management of global benefit plans. Olivier later advanced to the role of Director, Benefits and Wellness and then Senior Director, Benefits and Wellness. Olivier's expertise lies in crafting effective benefits plans and ensuring their successful implementation.

Olivier Ouellet, FSA, FCIA, obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Actuarial Science from Concordia University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Olivier then pursued additional certifications, becoming a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA) in November 2014 and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) in August 2014.
