Paula Spada

Paula Spada is a legal professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President & General Counsel at PSP Partners since January 2025, Paula previously held several key legal roles at White Lodging Services from December 2016 to January 2025, including Executive Vice President & Chief Legal Officer. Prior to this, Paula contributed to Hyatt Hotels Corporation from November 2010 to February 2022, holding positions such as Vice President & Assistant General Counsel.
